At E-Surgical Mart, we strive to provide high-quality surgical, dental, and medical instruments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

📅 Return requests must be made within  4 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened instruments
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Certain single-use or hygiene-sensitive products (for safety reasons)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp within 4 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and product images (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review and confirm the return request
  4. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 working days
  • Shipping charges are subject to paid by customer
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Mobile wallet (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases where:

  • You received a defective or incorrect product

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
