Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order number and product images (if damaged or incorrect)

- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 working days
- Shipping charges are subject to paid by customer
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Mobile wallet (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)
Exchange Policy
